Clinical Nutritionist
KATHERINE HAY
Founder of Kaptured Nutrition aswell as founder of All Things Better Clinical Nutritionist and Mumma to a beautiful girl, Katherine offers so much passion to the nutrition field. Katherine is qualified with a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutritional Medicine and is an accredited member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association, with over 8 years of clinical experience.
Katherine believes that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to health and everyone is extremely different, therefore each treatment plan is personalised to you with a realistic and non-restrictive approach.
Within practice Katherine utilises comprehensive screening and functional pathology tests to scientifically assess your specific requirements and to provide an optimal treatment plan designed to deliver the desired health outcomes, rather than guessing what is going on.
Katherines’ areas of expertise lie within reproductive health, preconception and post-natal care, fertility aswell as gut health, mental health, skin and autoimmune conditions.
Katherine's books are currently closed for new clients due to Maternity Leave.

Clinical Nutritionist
NATALIE PRESCOTT
Natalie is a Clinical Nutritionist, qualified with a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutritional Medicine. Natalie is registered with Australian Natural Therapist Association (ANTA).
Natalie's interest in natural medicine began while recovering from her own health challenges while working as a chef. Her love of food and passion for health lead her to study to become a Clinical Nutritionist. Natalie can empathise with clients and understand the challenges that present to clients while embarking on their own health journey.
Natalie utilises functional pathology, nutritious foods, lifestyle modifications and supplementation to deliver personalised and realistic treatment plans to support clients to reach their health goals.
Natalie strongly believes in educating clients so they can support their own health long term.
Natalie's areas of interest include but are not restricted to gut health, children's health, pregnancy and postpartum support, as well as supporting parents to navigate the early years of childhood illnesses and nutrition.


Clinical Nutritionist
Holly Hargreaves
Holly Hargreaves is an experienced Clinical Nutritionist who specialises in pregnancy and postpartum. The last 7 years Holly has gained a wealth of knowledge not only in pregnancy and postpartum space but also has supported many women with gut and hormone complications.
Holly is a mum to 2 beautiful boys and this has spiked her interest in supporting women through all stages of motherhood. Holly empowers and educates mums and mums to be by guiding them on how to support themselves as well as grow and nourish a healthy baby.
Holly strives for a realistic and honest approach that can be easily integrated into an everyday routine while also addressing health concerns and getting to the root cause. She uses functional pathology, diet, lifestyle modifications and supplementation to create a customised treatment plan to achieve a beautiful balance of reaching health goals and supporting health long term.
Naturopath
Tahlia Swartz
Tahlia is a Bachelor qualified Naturopath and Mother who started her career as a Naturopath specialising in womens gut and hormonal health after her own health journey. Tahlia was experiencing gut and hormonal issues when she turned to a Naturopath for support. She was so amazed by the improvements in her health that she decided to pursue Naturopathy and help women on similar journeys.
