I developed this with the intention to share food with your mini. I know how overwhelming the first year of starting solids can be and that’s why I created simple recipes to nourish mum and bub.
This is not an introduction to solids book and has been designed for when bub has established a solids foundation and has been introduced to as many allergens as seen fit at the time.
There are mini serving suggestions and of course mumma serving suggestions. This is family food and can be shared with everyone not just mumma and mini.
Take a read from start to finish and you will go on a journey around why I love food and why I created the recipes that I did. There are nutrition facts along the way to highlight specific ingredients I have used.
All recipes are dairy and soy free and minimal gluten has been used.
