Katherine will work closely with you to ensure you functioning optimally, before you start your conception journey. This will include assessing your current hormone levels through functional pathology to look into every detail (not just one or two hormones) and interpret results with her clinical expertise to create an effective treatment plan for you.
Katherine will suggest appropriate nutritional adjustments and will implement a nutritional supplementation program that is tailored entirely to you. Katherine will step you through each point in the journey with follow up appointments and access to Katherine for questions via email whenever you need clarity.
For the very best results we recommend you start this process 3-4 months prior to trying to conceive at a minimum, as this is how long the body takes to produce an egg, we need time to create optimal conditions first.
